Compost trials in WA Wheatbelt

Canola in the Wheatbelt

Check out the latest updates for our trial sites in the WA Wheatbelt! Our ongoing trials in Wagin, Narrogin, and Highbury are showing promising results with the application of FCHR series of Soil improvers. The first image showcases the performance comparison between compost application and GSP, illustrating the strong performance of compost. In the second image, Canola in the Wheatbelt exhibits the impact of historical compost application of 8 tonnes versus 12 tonnes over 3 years.

Our commitment to soil improvement for Agriculture and viticulture also includes mulches and composts. C-Wise has conducted extensive 3-year trials in the Wheatbelt region, partnering with SLR Agriculture, a specialist private research, development, and extension group based in York, Western Australia. Together, we aim to deliver better results for the harvest and soil health.

In the third image, the Canola is in bloom, with further development expected to equalize due to the timing of compost versus fertilizer application.

The fourth image showcases Canola trials in Wagin, highlighting our dedication to rigorous testing and collaboration with trial partners to enhance agricultural practices in Western Australia. Stay tuned for more updates on our compost trials and sustainable agriculture initiatives!

We are continually trialling and testing with selected trial partners and working with our customers to deliver better results for the harvest and the soil. Find out more about our range of soil improvers here!
